People
buying or selling an elite property have a unique set of expectations and
challenges. Buyers can come from anywhere in the world, or across
the country. Marketing such a property in an
unsophisticated or inexperienced way could have a major impact on the
quality of your sale.
We specialize in marketing
and presenting such properties. We understand the issues and have the knowledge,
technology and expertise to support your sale locally or internationally.
And because of our wide marketing network, we can
successfully deal with the most prestigious properties tactfully, graciously
and with appropriate standards of service. |

Craig and I are both
native Coloradoans and spent the majority of our lives in the Springs.
Following is a little more information about the neighborhoods in which we
specialize:
|
|
|
The Old North End |
|

Beth grew up in the Old North
End and this is where we currently reside. We are both knowledgeable
and passionate about this lovely, classical old neighborhood and its fine homes
& estates.
It is situated about 1/2 mile
North of downtown. It is really the only classical-style neighborhood in the
city with square bocks, alleyways, side walks, wide avenues with medians and
large trees. It's boundaries are Uintah on the South, Monroe to the North,
Wahsatch to the East and Culebra to the West. It is a Registered Historical
Neighborhood which can mean valuable tax credits if any restoration is needed.
Some of the oldest and most beautiful homes in the city are located here.
Price Range: $500,000 -
$1,200,000

Broadmoor |
|

The Broadmoor
has the largest number of truly grand estates. The historic Broadmoor hotel
resides at the heart of this fantastic neighborhood and is surrounded palatial
estates, old and new, and three of Colorado's most beautiful golf courses.
Price Range: $500,000 -
$3,500,000

Colorado
Springs Country Club |
|
|
|
|
|
This is a little-known neighborhood and one of our
favorites. It is a quite, established neighborhood, bordered
by the Colorado Springs Country Club on the West and North sides and Palmer Park
(Hiking, biking and horseback riding trails fan throughout the park's
foliage-thick hills and bluffs) to the East. This neighborhood is coveted for
it’s retreat-like feel while being minutes from downtown and shopping, banks,
schools and hospitals. One of its best features are the unparallel views across
the golf course to the mountains.
Price Range: $250,000 -
$600,000 |
